Print quality
Bought printer for home office because of large ink supply, good print quality, double-sided printing. But software is substandard. Everything has to be arranged via the HP smart which works poorly and slowly. The build quality of the printer itself is also much lower than the previous HP Officejet from 2015. On previous printers you could select to scan directly to computer or to email address, now you have to open the HP smart on the PC every time to select what you want to do. It also works on the other computers under user profile 1, but not under user profile 2... The app cannot install the printer under the second profile.
So I have already read several problems online regarding the software issues. I thought it would be solved with updates, but in vain. After almost 3 years still the same problems and unreliability. I think that as soon as the ink supply runs out, the printer will be replaced in its entirety. A shame, because good print and scan quality but too many frustrations when using it.

Nice sleek design printer. It is important to me that the paper tray is closed instead of a top loader where dust can fall into the input. Printer goes to the attic of the office supply store and yet Silvio does not always want to put paper in it first. This is ideal.

economical due to refillable ink tanks; good price/quality ratio; cumbersome installation

According to our printer expert
You can print up to 6000 pages in black and white and 8000 pages in color with the extra set ink bottles, so you don't have to buy new ink for a while.
With this all-in-one printer, you can print, scan, and copy.
Thanks to the automatic document feeder, you can scan or copy a stack of paper in one go.
Choose a printer with DADF if you want automatic duplex scanning.
If you want to print more than 10 pages per minute in color, choose a printer with a higher print speed.
With the HP Smart Tank 7305 + 1 set extra ink bundle, you'll have enough ink for a while. You can print up to 6000 black and white pages and 8000 colored pages thanks to the extra ink bottles. With the HP Smart Tank 7305 printer, you can print with ink from an ink tank instead of expensive cartridges. The printer prints in duplex automatically. Thanks to the automatic document feeder, you can scan or copy up to 35 pages in one go. That's very useful. You can control the printer with the buttons on the printer that light up or via the HP Smart app. In this app, you can set shortcuts easily, so the printer does what you want with the press of a button.
