I bought a device to use in my mobile home to watch Netflix and browse the internet on my tablet. I specifically chose this device because it was the only MiFi router with eSIM support. It took some fiddling around initially to configure the eSIM. This router comes with a Simo eSIM by default.

After the system is updated and restarted, you'll be given the option to add an eSIM. I entered my Digi card number (even though the system wasn't listed as 'supported'), activated it, and waited a bit (I think I'd also deactivated the system to speed up the process).
