With the ELO Cast Iron Dutch Oven 28cm Basalt Gray, you can easily and quickly make a stew dish. The low sides ensure that moisture evaporates more quickly. That way, you can keep a close on the dish and easily prepare risotto, for example. The drip rings in the lid distribute rising steam evenly over the dish. As a result, your food stays juicy and full of flavor. The silicone ring in the stainless steel lid prevents the knob from heating up. You can lift the lid safely without oven mitts. You can use the pan on all heat sources, even on induction. The pan can also go in the oven up to 240°C. That way, you can easily continue cooking a dish in the oven.
