According to our pan expert
The pan has 2 handles, so you can move the pan securely and easily.
Thanks to the flat base, you can sear meat easily and evenly.
The ceramic non-stick coating with honeycomb structure is durable and lasts longer.
Stainless steel handles heat up while cooking, so you need oven mitts.
I've used the pan a few times now and I'm very pleased with it. The heat is distributed evenly and beautifully throughout the pan, preventing food from sticking. I initially expected the edges to be a bit higher, but in practice, that's hardly a drawback. After cooking, the pan is also very easy to clean: just wipe it down with a cloth while it's still slightly warm, and you're done. In short, a great pan to use!

It's a bit odd: a frying pan with two metal handles. But then I started frying things in it: onion, sweet potato, and bell pepper. Sweet potato needs to be fried a bit longer and normally sticks quickly due to its starch content. In this pan, it's no problem! Even with less oil and a long cooking time, nothing sticks to the bottom. Because I'm careful with metal cookware, I don't use it, but that's okay too. (I just don't think it makes your cookware look any better, that's how hard this bottom is.) The pan is also suitable for oven use. This makes it possible to fry something at the same time as a casserole. Cleaning is a breeze: just soak it with some water and everything loosens up. There are a few drawbacks, though: the handles get too hot to lift the pan without oven mitts. Tilting the pan and pouring the contents onto your plate is impossible due to the small handles in combination with the weight of the pan. Conclusion: I am impressed with the beautiful base, but next time I will choose a frying pan model.

A fantastic pan. Various types of meat cooked in this pan stay super tender. It's also very easy to clean. The meat doesn't stick, so you don't have to scrub. So why four stars instead of five? I think the pan is a bit small. It's so great that a larger one would have been better, so you could use it more often. Of course, this also depends on the size of your household.
