With the WMF Profi Frying Pan 28cm, you can prepare large pieces of meat in one go. The 28cm diameter provides space for a rib eye or multiple cutlets, for example. That way, you can easily prepare ingredients for 2 people. You can use the pan on all heat sources and in the oven up to 250°C. That way, you can quickly continue cooking your dishes in the oven. You can easily sear red meat thanks to the stainless steel non-stick coating. The TransTherm bottom divides the heat evenly and retain it. That way, you can prepare meat with a crispy crust while the meat stays tender. That's useful when you prepare steak, for example.
