Since I got this Eufy robot vacuum, I've noticed I'm much less worried about dust and crumbs on the floor. It thoroughly cleans my floors and mops along all the edges. It also looks luxurious, although the tall base station does take up a lot of space in the room.

Luxury design in your living room The design of the robot and the base station immediately feels luxurious. The glossy finish and sleek lines make it a beautiful addition to my living room. The base station is quite tall, so it definitely needs a permanent spot in the house. I think it's a beautiful appliance, so that's not a problem for me.

Thorough cleaning with a smart mop In terms of cleaning performance, it's particularly impressive how thorough it is. The suction is very powerful, allowing it to remove even heavier dirt and dust from crevices. The mop brush cleans itself during cleaning, which I notice because the mop pad stays fresh longer. Because the brushes protrude slightly, it also cleans well along baseboards and edges. I also find the Eco-Clean Ozone technology in the water particularly special. This not only ensures the mop cleans, but also keeps the water cleaner during longer runs.

Smart on carpets and around obstacles My house has a combination of hard floors and slightly higher rugs. This robot handles this remarkably smartly. It recognizes rugs and neatly navigates along the edges, so the mop doesn't go over the carpet and the vacuuming function does the work. It also doesn't get stuck on higher rugs and fringes. Thanks to the CleanMind AI System, I also notice that it navigates very accurately. It doesn't bump into anything and doesn't miss any sections of the floor. The routes seem logical and efficient.

Adapts to the type of dirt Finally, I appreciate that it recognizes the type of dirt and automatically adjusts its cleaning mode accordingly. For example, if there's more sand or food scraps in a certain spot, I can hear it stay there a little longer and increase the suction power. This gives me the impression that he is not just driving around randomly, but is really looking at where extra attention is needed.

What an amazing device. It is a significant expense, but the cleaning result is impressive! The S2 quickly learns the rooms using AI and adjusts its routes rapidly for the next cleaning session. We were amazed at how clean it got with this device. Highly recommended!!

I waited a very long time before getting a robot vacuum cleaner because there are also less reputable brands on the market. Eufy is known for processing and storing everything locally (doorbell and cameras). The AI is also calculated on local hardware. This is a prerequisite for considering such a device, even though Anker (Eufy's parent company) is Chinese.

The device cleans (vacuuming and mopping) very well, and you can set the level of thoroughness you want to achieve for each cleaning session. The rooms are mapped quickly and accurately, and it also learns while driving around. For instance, it added the toilet to its cleaning schedule because the door was open. It also suddenly started working outside because the front door was open. This can be easily resolved afterwards by marking this area as a restricted zone.

The base station is equipped with two containers for water and wastewater that are easy to remove and replace. The vacuum bag (I think this could be done more conveniently with a removable bin) is located under the water reservoir and is easily accessible. The only thing is that the accessories are quite pricey, and you also have to replace them after a while.
