SMEG TSF01NBEU Navy Blue

This very nice, solidly built toaster is an asset to the kitchen, in terms of design! We found it a bit problematic to find the right temperature setting, because why does it reach position 6, while a slice of bread is almost black on 3? We also found the slots a bit too short, so you quickly have to push down a (slightly too long) sandwich.....! For "Sustainability" I give 4 stars for the time being, based on the construction method, but not on "long-term experience" yet! (only owned for a week)

My 15 euro toaster that I have had for 10 years does just as well and has the same functions. Smeg is actually just a kind of status symbol.

Nice solid retro design toaster, nice color and user-friendly.
