Wok is the stir-frying of vegetables, fish and meat at a high temperature in a short time. A wok pan is therefore relatively large, has a high edge and is convex in shape. A wok is widely used in Oriental cuisine, but is suitable for many different dishes. Usually a wok pan has a long handle that you can easily hold. There is also the wadjan, who has two handles instead of a handle.
