| 46mm | 17 to 19cm | |

Measure your wrist
You can determine the right Apple Watch size by measuring your wrist circumference.
- Wrap a tape measure around your wrist just above your wrist bone. This is the bump you feel on your wrist.
- Don't have a tape measure? Wrap a piece of string around your wrist and mark it where the string wraps all the way around. Now you can use a ruler to measure the distance from the end of the string to the marking.
Which size strap do you need?
When you buy a new Apple Watch SE or Apple Watch 9 or 10, you have to choose which strap size you want. At first, you received 2 sizes in the box. Now, it's only 1. You can choose from:
- Sports band size S/M: for a wrist circumference of 13 to 18cm.
- Sports band size M/L: for a wrist circumference of 15 to 20cm.
- Sport Loop: 1 size for a wrist circumference up to 22cm.
Apple Watch straps
Do you have an old Apple Watch strap lying around? There's a good chance it'll fit your new Apple Watch. You can see which straps fit on which sizes Apple Watch cases.
- Apple Watch 38/40/41/42mm
- Apple Watch 42/44/45mm
- Apple Watch 44/45/46/49mm
It's possible that the colors of the straps aren't the same as the watch case colors or the newer Apple Watch models.
