SDS Plus drill bits fit on a drill or combi hammer with an SDS Plus drill chuck. With SDS drills, the drill chuck has been developed in such a way that the drill bit is locked in the machine as well and can withstand the large forces that are released when drilling in concrete. It's not surprising that almost all concrete drill bits fall under this type of drill bit.
