Advice on pans
Which Fissler pan suits you?
Which Fissler pan suits you, depends on how you cook. Choose an Adamant® pan if you like cooking with little oil and want a scratch-resistant non-stick coating. Go for Ceratal® if you're looking for a PFAS-free ceramic coating for light and crispy cooking. Rather cook at a high temperature and want more control? A stainless steel Original-Profi® or Pure pan® suits you better.
What's the advantage of the CookStar® base?
Many Fissler pans like the Adamant®, Ceratal®, and Original-Profi® have an extra thick CookStar® base. This base quickly absorbs heat. It also distributes the heat well and holds on to it for a long time. That way, your food cooks more evenly. The CookStar® base also works well on induction. You can cook more efficiently this way, because you cook at a higher temperature for a shorter time.
Why do you cook better with a Novogrill® coating?
Some Fissler Original-Profi® frying pans have a Novogrill® coating. This is a structure in the stainless steel cooking base. That way, the oil distributes itself better and you can cook meat, vegetables, or shellfish until crispy more easily with little oil. You can easily give meat or vegetables a crispy crust with grill effect this way. Your food also doesn't stick as much as on a smooth stainless steel pan without a non-stick coating.
