According to our monitor expert
The 4K Ultra HD screen provides more than 2 times sharper image than a screen with 2560 x 1440 resolution.
The monitor is adjustable in several ways for a nice working posture.
Works well with the MacBook (12 inches) because of the USB-C connection.
This monitor doesn't have FreeSync technology to prevent screen tearing.
The Eizo FlexScan EV2785-BK is a monitor for all your graphic design projects, because you can see more details on the 4K screen than on a QHD or Full HD monitor. The colors are more realistic thanks to the 100% sRGB color gamut coverage. This way, your graphic artworks are even more detailed. Creating a design can sometimes take ages, but luckily the monitor can be adjusted in various ways so you can always comfortably look at the screen. Even when it gets late, the blue light filter protects you from that annoying bright light that could cause sleeping problems. Prefer to work with a MacBook? Connect it directly to the monitor via the USB-C port.
Note: As a result of 4K resolution, text and icons become smaller and you can't always enlarge them. For a 4K output, you need a modern laptop or PC with a fairly powerful video card. Make sure it has at least a DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 2.0, or Thunderbolt 3 connection.

No compromises, that's what this screen is all about. Although 4K screens are available for half the price (almost) no screen can match the extremely good image quality and ergonomics of this screen.
The build quality and ways in which the screen can be easily adjusted / rotated for an optimal working position are fantastic. This is my second Eizo monitor, and you really don't want anything else if you're used to this comfort.
The built-in USB 3.0 hub with two USB connections on the side is super handy. Fortunately, the monitor does not have an external adapter but an internal power supply.
And the image quality? Insane! See the various tests on the Internet for this monitor. There is (almost) nothing that needs to be set, the calibration in the factory is so good that you can't really improve anything yourself.
Any downside? OK I have two cons/cons:
The built-in speakers are not much, but what else do you want. A Bose set is also very neatly next to this monitor!
The monitor is NOT suitable for gaming. The reaction time seems to be a cry for gamers with ADHD / on the Ritalin, but it is no problem to occasionally play on this fantastic monitor in addition to serious work.

Very fine monitor for professional Cad applications and general applications.
Good overview when multiple applications are open simultaneously on the screen.

Have been using Eizo monitors for over 15 years. Bought this as a replacement for an S2433W with an S-PVA panel. Unfortunately I returned it. White uniformity not good enough for this price. Below and right a clear pink cast. Besides photo editing for which the monitor is excellent, I also use it a lot for office work and this aspect is quite noticeable.
Undoubtedly subjective, but I found the image of this IPS panel clearly more restless to my eyes and therefore to work with than the S-PVA panel. This with comparable brightness and contrast.
Thx
