According to our monitor expert
This monitor isn't height adjustable.
The Acer Nitro is a 22-inch monitor for casual gamers. Game fast on the Nitro, thanks to the 1m response time. It's especially suited to fast shooters such as Battlefield 1 or games such as League of Legends. Tilt the monitor for an ideal sitting position while gaming. The monitor has an anti-glare IPS panel, so you can see the image from practically every angle. Thanks to the integrated speakers, you don't need separate speakers next to your screen. A VGA cable is included, so you can get started with your monitor immediately.

I made the choice by a Coolblue employee who recommended it to me and I still fully agree with him. 10/10 for the service (again) I've had the nitro VG220 for a while now and know exactly how I like it. I mainly use it as a gaming monitor. It sits on my desk and is the perfect size although there are other items on the desk. I have it connected to a PS4, chromecast and the VGA cable (included) is in my Windows laptop. The button on the back is difficult to operate because they are all exactly the same buttons. You can't feel unless you count which is the on/off button. Furthermore, the bezel around the screen has been minimized. The appearance is done in such a way that it looks like a gaming monitor, you can do everything with it. The speakers were not necessary for me, but the quality is good. The sound is loud and clear. All in all a great monitor in this price range

A very nice monitor. I have 3 of them in a row, and although they are difficult to put down and not to use well without a raise, they are definitely recommended.
The colors are nice and clear, the image is reasonable, especially when gaming.
The only drawbacks are the height, which is less than 10 centimeters from the ground and where the screen starts, and that it is not very stable. It won't fall over, but expect it to stagger if you bump into the table.
Other than that, nice things, and I'm happy with my choice.
