That way, your dish gets a grill pattern and a crispy exterior. Thanks to the 28cm diameter, you can prepare large pieces of meat. In addition, you can fit multiple pieces of meat next to each other. The pan works on all heat sources, also on induction. It can go in the oven up to 250°C. You can sear meat on the stove and then continue cooking it in the oven. You can hold the handle firmly, so you can shake and flip food safely.
