According to our monitor expert
FreeSync prevents screen tearing during gaming if you have an AMD video card.
With a refresh rate of 144Hz, you can play games smoother than with 75Hz.
This monitor doesn't have integrated speakers to play music or hear game sounds.
The base of this monitor is large and doesn't fit on every desk.
The LG 32GK650F is a gaming monitor with a 144Hz refresh rate. With it, you can play games with a high frame rate for smooth image display. Thanks to FreeSync, you won't be bothered by tearing or stuttering if you have an AMD video card. With a response time of only 1ms and Dynamic Action Sync for low input lag, you can game with as little lag as possible. That'll give you the advantage you need over your opponent. Thanks to the high maximum resolution of 2560x1440 pixels, you'll see more details in your game. Quickly switch between previously saved settings to play any game with the right settings.
Note: for QHD gaming, you need a powerful video card, such as an NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPU or AMD Radeon RX 5000 series GPU, an Xbox One, Xbox Series X or S, or a PlayStation 5.

By default, the brightness is set to 100%, which is too high if a lot of white is displayed. I lowered the brightness and turned on freesync. Then the screen is fine, especially for the price. It is also easy to put together and take apart. Compared to other VA screens, the response times are very low. I don't notice any difference with my previous TN screen. If the image is very dark, there is a little backlight bleeding at the edges. On my screen, this is mainly at the bottom left. Due to its size, the pixel density is also quite low. This can only be noticed by looking up close, but because the foot is so deep, the screen can't go far with me. I think this screen is too big for a desk less than 90 cm deep.

Replaced my 24 inch TN full hd monitor for this screen. What a world of difference! Colors are very beautiful and 144Hz is a relief. my desktop never felt so responsive. I was skeptical about the high HZ story at first, but now that I've experienced it myself, I never want to go back! The OSD is very extensive and can be controlled from your PC/Mac via an LG app. This means that it is no longer necessary to fiddle with the joystick! Very pleasant!
