According to our monitor expert
Experience lively colors and images thanks to the DisplayHDR 1000 support and high coverage of all 3 color profiles.
In addition to PC gaming, this monitor is also suitable for console gaming at 120Hz in 4K.
The monitor has all versions of FreeSync, so you can synchronize an AMD video card with the refresh rate of your monitor.
The USB-C port doesn't support DisplayPort Alt Mode to transmit an image signal.
A 43-inch monitor requires a large and sturdy desk due to its size and weight.
Experience lively and realistic graphics while you game with the Gigabyte Aorus FV43U 43 inches 4K 144Hz gaming monitor. In addition to the 4K sharpness, the monitor has DispalyHDR1 1000 support and a coverage of 97%, 150%, and 99% in all 3 color profiles. As a result, the colors pop off the screen. Are you more into consoles? That's fine. The monitor supports the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S up to 120Hz in 4K. Do you have an AMD video card. No problem. The monitor has every version of FreeSynch. This technology synchronizes your monitor and video card, so you can game without a stuttering image. The monitor also has built-in speakers, so you don't need any external speakers. When you're done gaming, you can simply put on a live concert of your favorite band or listen to your favorite playlist. Note: for 4K gaming, you need a powerful video card like a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090, AMD Radeon RX 6000 series GPU, PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X/S.
4K and 43 inches is a joy to behold. For people who have not yet switched to an LG Oled 40+ inch due to burn-in, this is one of the better alternatives

The FV43U is a beautiful monitor. HDR is dazzlingly beautiful. Deep color rendering. The screen diagonal (43") is wonderful and gaming is a pleasure. A drawback is ghosting. I don't know whether that has to do with the panel type (VA). It doesn't bother me, but the monitor is not really suitable for FPS. Sometimes the monitor resets when loading a streaming service like Netflix for example, maybe it has to do with HDR content, I have no idea if that also happens with the newer GPUs that support hdmi 2.1.
