With a sous vide, you cook ingredients by steaming or boiling them while they're packed in a plastic bag. The ingredients are vacuum sealed, so the nutrients and taste are optimally preserved. Sous vides come in different sizes, so you can also prepare a meal for large groups. Keep in mind that a vacuum sealer isn't always included.
