What are the return requirements?
Within 30 days, you can register your product for return. You can do this via the online return form.
- After registration, you'll have another 14 days to return your product for free.
- You can choose between exchanging your product for free, or have your money refunded.
- To get the full purchase price back, it's important to return your product in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. For example: take a pan out of the box and look at it from all sides, but don't cook with it.

- You have 2 years warranty on your product.
Will I get the full purchase amount back after I return my product?
Almost always. But it does depend on the condition of your product. To get the full purchase price back, it's important to return your product in its original condition and undamaged. This way, we can make someone else happy with a new product.
Otherwise, we'll determine what the depreciation is based on the condition of your product.

Can I return one of the products from my order?
Yes. You can return all products from your order separately. In the online return form, you can indicate which product you want to return.
Which return options do I have?
You have 2 options within 30 days of receiving your product:
- Exchange your product for a new one for free.
- Return your product for free and get a refund.

What are the exceptions to returns?
Understandably, you can't return the following items:
- Games that have been unsealed. That means you can't return the latest FIFA game after playing a match;;
- Opened personal care products;
- Software and digital activation codes like Microsoft Office, for example;
- Vouchers, gift cards, and coupons. Even if they haven't been used;
- Cartridges and toner cartridges of which the protection and film is removed.
We don't refund money for correctly performed services of postal workers and technicians. This includes:
- installation and installation costs.
- redeemed vouchers for building in and/or installation.
Why do I get back less money for my returned product?
Your product likely wasn't returned in its original condition. In that case, we determine what the depreciation is based on the state of the product. The maximum depreciation is 25%.
The final amount you receive is determined by two things:
- The depreciation of the product. That's based on three factors:
- damage to the product;
- damaged packaging;
- completeness of the product.
- The costs that we have to make to resell the product. Think of taking clear photos and writing a good description. These costs are € 7.50 and are deducted along with the depreciation.

Your product will always be repaired after 30 days.

What if my new product is cheaper or more expensive?
More affordable product We'll give you a refund within 5 working days via the payment method you used to order. Did you order with Klarna Rechnung? You'll receive an adjusted invoice or refund from Klarna within 5 days.
More expensive product You'll receive a payment request for the difference in price. As soon as we received the payment, we'll send you the product.
Do you repair my product, or will I get a new one?
If your product breaks within 30 days after purchase, you'll get a new one. Does your product break after 30 days? We'll repair your product.

Can I return my Second Chance product?
Yes. Second Chance products have the same return requirements as new products. You can easily register your return in the online return form.
What if my product is delivered damaged?
We'll solve it for you, of course. Fill in the online return form, where you can indicate that your product is damaged and that you want a replacement.
In most cases, we'll come to pick up large and heavy products. A return is free in all cases.
