You can only spend your gift card in 1 go. With the code on your gift card, we can check how much credit is still on it. If you [contact][1] us, we'll check it for you.
What's the expiration date of my Coolblue gift card?
This depends on the gift card you have.
Coolblue gift card with 19 digits These gift cards are valid for 5 years starting the day they were purchased. You can find the precise expiration date on the gift card itself or in the email with your personal gift card code.
Coolblue gift cards with 12 digits These gift cards are valid for 3 years starting the day they were purchased. You can find the precise expiration date on the gift card itself or in the email with your personal gift card code.
What if I forget to use my gift card during my order?
It's sadly not possible to use a discount code or gift card after you order. If your package hasn't left our warehouse yet, you can still cancel the order in My Coolblue. Place your order again and use your discount code or gift card.
What if I get an error code when I enter a gift card?
Check your gift card or the email with the gift card code to see if:
- you met the minimum order amount;
- the gift card hasn't expired.
Should the gift card work, but do you still get an error message? Contact us.
Can I return or cancel a product that I purchased with a gift card?
Yes. We'll won't refund the money back to the gift card, but we'll put it on your account as CoolblueCredit.
You can easily register your return via the online return form.
