Why was my credit card payment declined?
We always check credit card payments and PayPal payments, because they're vulnerable to fraud. Unfortunately, we can't tell you why your payment was declined. We don't suspect you're committing fraud, of course, but we have to keep our payment check methods a secret. Unfortunately, we can't reverse a rejected payment.
Your order is canceled automatically and we won't debit anything. The reservation will be canceled after 3 working days. Do you still want to receive your order? Order again and select a different payment method.
Why is the payment status in My Coolblue incorrect?
Sometimes, it takes a little longer for our website to recognize that you've paid. It can take up to 1 hour before we receive payments. Check whether money has been debited from your account.
- Has the money been debited, but haven't you received an order confirmation yet? We recommend that you wait for an hour. Didn't receive anything after an hour? Contact our customer service. With your transaction number, we can quickly help you. That's always noted on your payment.
- Has no money been debited? The payment wasn't successful. You can place your order again. We don't process orders without a successful payment, so you don't have to worry about receiving 2 orders.
How do I get my money back if I accidentally paid twice?
Contact our customer service. You'll get the overpaid amount back as soon as possible.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?
Check whether the money was transferred.
- If this is the case, we recommend you wait for 1 hour. If our payment platform is busy, a payment can sometimes get delayed. It can take up to 1 hour before you receive an order confirmation. Still haven't received an order confirmation after 1 hour? Contact our customer service. We can quickly help you with your transaction number. You can always find that number on your bank statement.
- Make sure to also check your spam inbox, sometimes the order confirmation ends up there.
- Wasn't the money transferred? In that case, the payment failed. You can place your order again. We don't process orders without a successful payment, so you don't have to worry about receiving 2 orders.
