How you can adjust your order depends on if we've already sent your order. You can check this in your email.

Did you already receive a shipping confirmation? It's not possible anymore to change your order. Is it a store order or do you have a different problem? Contact one of our experts. They're happy to help you.
How do I cancel my order?
You can easily arrange this via My Coolblue. You can only cancel your order if it hasn't left the warehouse yet. Was your order already shipped? You can refuse it at the door or return it for free via the online return form.
How soon will I be refunded after a cancelation?
As soon as we processed your cancelation, we'll refund the money. How fast you'll see it on your bank account depends on your payment method.
- Credit card / PayPal: the reserved amount will be released within 3 days.
- Apple Pay: within 3 working days.
