How fast will I get my money back?
Within 3 working days after we've processed your cancellation or return. Sometimes, you'll receive your money in separate parts. This can happen because of a number of things:
- You've paid a part of your order with a gift card or a voucher. You'll receive the amount as CoolblueCredit in your account.
- You've returned multiple products. Sometimes, one product is processed earlier than another product. That's why you receive the amount in multiple parts.
- You have returned a product with an Extended Warranty. The return for the product and the return for the warranty are processed separately. As a result, it's possible that you'll receive the amount of the closed warranty back a little later.
- Did you pay in cash and are you returning your product in the store? You'll receive a maximum of € 50 in cash. We'll transfer the rest of the amount to your account.
How do I get my money back?
We'll pay you back via the payment method you've used. There are 2 exceptions:
- If you've paid with a gift card, you'll receive the money as CoolblueCredit in your account.
- You've paid an amount in cash that's higher than € 50. You'll receive € 50 in cash in the store. We'll transfer the rest of the amount to your account.
What do I do when I don't receive a refund?
The amount of time it takes for the refund to appear in your bank account differs per bank. Has the money still not appeared on your account after 7 working days? Please contact our customer service.
