To which products does this discount I received apply?
You can see this by logging in to your account and clicking on the specific discount.
How long is my discount valid?
That differs, because each discount has its own valid period. Check the specific end date of the promotions for the various discounts in your account.
How can I use my personal discount?
We'll automatically deduct your personal discount from your total amount when you order. The only thing you have to do is find a product and log in to your account. You can also use your personal discount in our stores.
What if my discount isn't in my account?
There are a few things you can check yourself:
- Check on which email address you've received an email about your personal discount. Make sure you log in with this email address. Don't have an account yet? You can find a link in the mail to create a password. Create a password via this link. When you log in, you can use your personal discount right away.
- Check if your discount is still valid. Click on 'used discounts' and 'expired discounts' in your account.
